Gospel singing in the gazebo is now precious memories for 2006. Many singers came to sing the old gospel songs Friday and Saturday. Friday’s session was dedicated to Dorothy Koons, our long-time organist, who has a leg injury and couldn’t make it this year.

APEX Park now has the added addition of a new gazebo purchased with grant money for the walk trails project. A busy bee was held to clean up the park and erect the new gazebo so that visitors can have a sheltered resting place before or after attempting the Christmas Rock walk.
